1. Overview & Commitment
At URL Indexer (a venture of Risho Digitech Pvt Ltd), we strive to provide the highest standard of search engine crawler dispatch services. All billing transactions are managed in partnership with Bright GPL.
2. Eligible Refund Conditions
You are entitled to a full refund or credit replenishment under the following circumstances:
- Technical Failure to Dispatch: If URLs submitted by you fail to be dispatched to upstream search engine crawler nodes due to an internal server outage or gateway downtime lasting over 48 hours.
- Duplicate Charges: If your bank account or card is charged twice for the same order ID or invoice through the Cashfree payment gateway.
- Unused Credit Balance: If you purchased a bulk package and have not submitted any URLs within 7 days of payment, you may request a cancellation for a full refund.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Because credits represent computing capacity and immediate API dispatch costs to third-party search engine networks:
- Credits that have already been utilized to crawl and ping URLs are non-refundable.
- Links rejected by search engines due to on-page 404/500 errors, robots.txt exclusions, or low quality content on the destination domain cannot be refunded.
- Accounts terminated for violating our Prohibited Content Policy (spam, phishing, malware) forfeit all balances.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are returned to the original source method (UPI ID, NetBanking, Debit/Credit Card) within 5 to 7 business days in accordance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and Cashfree gateway settlement timelines.
